Before becoming a literary agent, author, book packager and publishing consultant, Ms. O'Shea was Executive Editor of Bantam Books. In that position, she worked on a wide array of award-winning fiction and developed a successful library of self-improvement, health and nutrition titles, illustrated books and cookbooks. She has conceived and developed book series for Reader's Digest Trade Association, Simon & Schuster, Random House, National Geographic Society Trade Books, among others.
